Individual and Corporate Programmes
We offer both individual executive coaching and corporate group programmes. Individual programmes are designed for one senior leader over 3–12 months. Corporate programmes can serve cohorts of managers and directors simultaneously, with a mix of 1-on-1 coaching and group facilitated sessions. All programmes begin with a diagnostic session to identify the specific leadership development areas most critical for your role.
